Question 1

What should I bring to Riffcairn?

Accepted Answer

Bring an idea or point of view, the business context around it, and any brand guidance that should shape the work. Recordings, interviews, notes, links, or other source materials are useful too. Include practical delivery requirements such as the requested format, audience, channel, timing context, or publishing constraints so the package can be shaped around how you will use it.

Question 2

How does the intake work?

Accepted Answer

Intake is a short brief submitted through the client entry point. You choose a requested format and share the topic, business context, brand guidance, source materials, and delivery requirements. Start the brief at /intake; you can also attach source files there when they are useful to the request.

Question 3

What kinds of content does Riffcairn make?

Accepted Answer

Riffcairn works from the source you already have to shape video, podcast, and newsletter packages. The work can include story and script shaping, editing, episode structure, editorial angles, and publish-ready copy. Explore the current service formats at /services.

Question 4

Where does AI assistance fit in the process?

Accepted Answer

AI-assisted production helps move research, scripting, editing, and repurposing forward. It does not replace human review: before handoff, Riffcairn reviews the story, tone, clarity, and practical details so the package remains useful and accountable to the source and the intended audience.

Question 5

How are revisions and feedback handled?

Accepted Answer

Your feedback expectations and revision needs belong in the delivery requirements you provide with the brief. They are handled through the agreed review loop for the request, rather than through an unstated fixed number of rounds or a turnaround promise.

Question 6

How do I receive the finished content?

Accepted Answer

Ready-to-publish video, podcast, or newsletter files, links, and publishing notes are delivered through the existing client delivery experience connected to your request. The delivery area keeps the saved request, source materials, publishing notes, and any ready-to-publish deliverables together for your account.

Question 7

How do I start a project?

Accepted Answer

Review the available services, then submit a short brief through the client intake. Start when you have a source or point of view to bring; the intake gives Riffcairn the specifics needed to understand the format and handoff you are asking for.
